Bad news for pet stores . . . Ellen DeGeneres' experience filming 'Finding Dory' led her to a deeper understanding of how fish should be treated. She now believes that all fishes should be in their natural habitat, swimming in rivers, ponds, lakes, and oceans.

It was last year when news on having a "Finding Nemo" sequel have been announced, and now, it is finally clear that "Finding Dory" will be released in cinemas on June 17, 2016. According to Cinema Blend, not only will Nemo and Dory be back, but most of the other characters in the "Finding Nemo" movie.

The short-term memory loss fish Dory is set out to a new adventure in the ocean. Voiced by DeGeneres, Dory and Nemo will have new friends. Some of the old characters who will be in the movie are Marlin (Albert Brooks), Gill (William Dafoe), and Deb (Vicki Lewis). Apparently, Flo is still a part of the storyline.

Cross Map reports on how the new Pixar movie made DeGeneres realize that she should raise a new awareness campaign to those who are taking care of pet fishes.

"I think that fish should be in the ocean, their natural habitat. It's what this whole sequel is about: It's about rehabilitation and putting them back in the ocean . . . And we have to protect our oceans. Hopefully that discussion starts with this film, because we really need to protect the environment." Said DeGeneres during one of her interviews.

Dory's family members will be introduced in the "Finding Dory" movie. They are Jenny, Dory's mother, to be voiced by Diane Keaton; Charlie, Dory's father, to be voiced by Eugene Levy; Destiny, a whale shark who was adopted by Dory's parents, to be voiced by Kaitlin Olson.

Other new characters that will brighten the movie up are Bailey, a beluga whale, to be voiced by Ty Burrell, Hank, and an octopus who is missing one leg, to be voiced by Ed O'Neill.
