'Metal Gear Solid 5' Update: 'The Phantom Pain' Receives First Game Reviews; Hideo Kojima Announce A New Trailer Tomorrow!

Good news gaming fans as new updates for "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" have been revealed regarding its first game review and a new trailer announcement tomorrow.

According to VG 24/7. several game websites have already made their first review of the latest "MGS" title "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain." Gaming websites such as IGN and Gamespot rated "the Phantom Pain" an impressive "10" score as Vince Ingenito cited that the new "Metal Gear Solid" game from Konami and Kojima Productions was a game that he never thought it could exist, where every gameplay detail within "The Phantom Pain" has a true purpose. He adds that the sandbox style of the game has been pushed to greater lengths, making him think, plan, adapt and improvised on how he can approuch each mission within the game.

The website furthers adds that the Examiner and Daily Dot gave the "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" an overall "5/5" score, while Gametrailer, GameInformer, Destructoid and Press Start gave scores of 9 and 9.5 on their reviews. GameInformer cited that director Hideo Kojima wasted no time giving each element of the game a purpose from its characters and multiplayer gameplay to its environment and storyline, and the website gleefully commented that D-Dog was very helpful during gameplay.

It further notes that the overall plot of "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" will challenge players to have a new perspective as the game itself is "taunting" the fans to re-examine everything as the story presents a narrative with huge scale of twist that gamers will have a long time discovering at the same time understanding, but it will leave players curious and excited until they finished it.


Other websites such as Kotaku, USGamer, Polygon and GamesRadar are still assesing the game's overall rate, but by the looks of things "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" has gain impressive scores and no doubt it will be huge hit to gaming fans around the world when it launches on September for the consoles and PC platform.

In other news, Forbes reported that several gaming fans have recieved early copies of "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" prior to its initial launch date in September. The website stated that gamers that have recieved a free copy of "Batman: Arkham Knight" from the free graphics card bundle are able to play the "sorry state" of the game into free copies of "The Phantom Pain", curtesy of retailing website Newegg's promotions and customer relations.

The website further adds that the same practice is also implemented on Best Buy as they will contact Newegg for comments and updates regarding the latter

Lastly, Kojima tweeted that they will be releasing the official launch trailer of "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" tomorrow August 15 in the U.S. and on August 26 in Japan.


"Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain" will be release on Sept. 1, 2015 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and for the PC.
