British pop star Rita Ora will come out on the September 2014 issue of UK's Glamour through which she speaks out about her heartaches with ex-beau and superstar DJ, Calvin Harris.

The busy gal was slotted to perform at the Teen Choice Awards last Sunday but was reportedly asked to back out after Harris did not permit her to perform their track "I Will Never Let You Down".

A source for MailOnline described the singer as "heartbroken" and "devastated" after Harris decided to pull her out from the annual ceremony, only two days before the actual performance. Contrary to such circumstances, the track written by her ex-boyfriend is all about never letting someone down.

The blonde singer did apologize to her fans on Twitter by posting the message: "Guys I am so sorry. I will make it up to you. I promise. I'm devastated. I love my fans."

Being pulled out of her highly anticipated performance at the awards show has made Ora very upset.

"She had spend a considerable amount of time and energy preparing for her now cancelled performance of the song and is devastated to let her fans down this way", the insider told MailOnline.

The DJ/producer has reportedly been calling the shots in terms of the couple's relationship, including their breakup in June and the announcement to the public that they have split.

Ora and Harris started dating in May 2013 and called it quits once in January 2014. Although they had briefly reunited, it did not stop the couple from breaking up last June.

Despite being pulled out from the awards show last Sunday, the Brit blondie manages to make the most of her precious time, taking part at a concert with Iggy Azalea at the Santa Monica pier as well as shooting a video in Los Angeles.

She did 'fess up to Glamour and admitted that she's not doing well, although she is doing better than what she expected.  "We both work really hard, we're both all over the place," she said. "It was a wake-up call."

Ora also went on to acknowledge her plan on not getting into a serious relationship anytime soon, saying how she needs to "have a minute" to herself".

Meanwhile, the 23-year-old pop star is still working on her new album, which will be out before the year ends.
