'Assassin's Creed' Movie Update: A First Look At Michael Fassbender's 'AC' Costume [PHOTO]; Full Film Plot Details Here!

Good news to all movie and video games alike, new update for the "Assassin's Creed" movie have been revealed regarding a first look at Michael Fassbender's character and the plot details of the film.

According to Gamerant, the first image of Michael Fassbender's character in the "Assassin's Creed" movie has been revealed courtesy of Yahoo Movies.

Judging by the outfit that "X-Men: Days of Future Past" is wearing, it features the traditional Assassin's hood with a dark themed clothing. Gamerant pointed out that the costumes are very accurate and complete, with its iconin hidden blades on both Fassbender's wrist, along with other weapons such as throwing knives concealed on his shoulder, a bomb pouch at his waist and sword or dagger on hips.

Aside from the outfit and possible weapons, Yahoo has also confirmed the plot details for the "Assassin's Creed" film, clearing out several rumors that have been presented in the movie throughout the internet.

Fassbender will be playing an original character in the "Assassin's Creed" movie as Callum Lynch s he discovers that a decendent of a long line of Assassins by means of an unlocked genetic memories that allows him relive the adventures of his ancerstors.

Lynch's first Assassin ancestor in the film is named Aguilar (also played by Fassbender) and he is set on 15th century Spain during the Spanish Inquisition.

Even though the movie's plot is original, Fassbender's character Callum Lynch is likened to Desmond Miles from the first trilogy of the "Assassin's Creed" games as he unlocked the memories of his past ancestors such as Altair, Ezio Auditore da Firenzie and Connor Kenway.

Assassin's Creed film has met with many bumps and trials and after four years of development that movie has finally had a green light and it will be shown in cinemas next year, Franchise Herald reported.

During an interview, Fassbender explained the reasons why the "Assassin's Creed" movie has been delayed in its early stages.

"You say it's a long time, but what I've found out - it's all to me, but starting the scripts and work on them, they take time," Fassbender said. "It takes time to get a good story toegther and we want to do it right. It going to start this year, we'll be filming in September."

Fassbender also pointed out the difficulty of adapting a movie based on the video game title as many viewers have a mixed views on video game based movies such as "Residen Evil," "Tekken," "Hitman" and "Max Payne" just to name a few.

Additional cast members in the film includes Marion Cotillard ("The Dark Knight Rises"), Michael Kenneth Williams ("12 Years a Slave"), and Ariane Labed ("Before Midnight").

The "Assassin's Creed" movie is scheduled to be release in cinemas on Dec. 21, 2016.
