StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void is a PC sci-fi real-time strategy game expansion for the long-awaited finale in the StarCraft II story. Legacy of the Void is perhaps one of the biggest PC games in a holiday season. The single-player campaign wraps up 17 years of story in a series that has become a huge part of video game culture.

The launch of Legacy of the Void this week marks just the beginning for the game. As revealed at BlizzCon last week, there is an expansion pack that will support by series of single mission titled "Nova Covert Ops."

It is possible that someday StarCraft III could happen, but it will depend on fan's feedback, according to Blizzard. The developer said that their future really depends so much on what they hear back from players.

StarCraft II lead Tim Morten told GameSpot that they love RTS, they love this genre.  He added that the StarCraft universe is fantastic.  He explained that Warcraft universe clearly has more stories than can be told, but there are new Blizzard IPs. There is the potential to make completely new stories altogether.

Blizzard wants to hear back from their players what they would be excited about. But as a team, they have just been so busy finishing Legacy of the Void and teeing up this new content that they have not had a chance to make any decisions.
