A family-run clothing shop in Spain has been overwhelmed with worldwide demand for dresses similar to what Princess Charlotte of Cambridge is seen wearing in newly released photos. However, the cloth available can only sew 20 pieces.

An official photo of the 6-month-old princess taken by the Duchess of Cambridge herself was released publicly recently. Queen Elizabeth's newest great grandchild was photographed wearing a ruffled neck floral dress topped with a pink cashmere cardigan. However, fashion enthusiasts were confused about where they dress came from.

The modiste herself discovered that the princess was wearing one of her creations when she spotted it in Hola! magazine.

"I bought the magazine and I had an attack of nerves, 'It's my dress!' One-thousand per cent. I had a piece of the fabric at home and then I compared it, I called Hola.com and I said, 'I just bought your magazine, and I am the designer of the dress.' They were extremely happy," the 62-year-old designer of M&H Margarita Pato recalled.

However, with only a few metres of fabric left in the shop, massive reproduction is not be possible. The cloth is just enough to make 20 pieces more. "I've got a very big problem, I've got a huge waiting list but only 10 metres of that fabric," she told Reuters.

"It was madness...madness...from then on it was, the last three days have been like a dream. I haven't stopped giving interviews, I get calls from all over. I'm so happy and very proud and what less concerns me is whether I make a profit. I am completely unconcerned about that. Just this is a super prize," she said.

Paparazzi are suspecting that Charlotte's nanny may have shopped for the baby.

From the words "mother and children" in Spanish, M&H started its business of tailoring beautiful pieces since 2009. She then opened up branches in Seville, Madrid and Valencia.

For every size of her creation, the shop only sews two pieces. With the increase in demand of the dress, Pato said she is not raising the price tag up.

"I'm not driven by the money," she revealed. "What I've made from this far is enough."
