Family members of Michael Brown, the unarmed Ferguson teen who was shot six times by police officer Darren Wilson, are calling for justice, citing that the evidence piling up should be more than enough to arrest the young man's murderer.

Despite all this, no arrests have been made.  Lawyers representing the family say that the preliminary report from the private autopsy confirms eyewitness accounts that Brown was unarmed and in a surrender position when he was fatally shot six times, including twice in the head.

The report from the second autopsy also contradicted the initial police reports saying that Brown was engaged in a struggle with the officers when the shots were fired.  Lack of gunpowder residue on his wounds show that he was at least one foot to 30 feet away from the weapon, however, tests on his clothing have yet to confirm this finding.

At a news conference in Ferguson, Benjamin Crump, a civil rights lawyer for the family, and his co-counsel, Daryl Parks, said that 'ample evidence' from the independent autopsy verifies that Brown was killed execution style with his back either turned, or with his arms up and head bowed in surrender.

Brown's family is calling for the arrest of Darren Wilson, the officer who shot the teenager.

Lesley McSpadden, Michael Brown's mother, was teary eyed as she questioned what else would be required to finally arrest her child's killer. She says his arrest is the only solution to bring peace to violence-ridden Ferguson.

In an interview with ABC and Good Morning America on Monday, Crump said that it is difficult for McSpadden to talk about the shooting and that that the autopsy verifies the family's worst fears about Brown's death.

The final shot to the head, which was the one deemed to have been the fatal round, is said to be a particularly troubling and unjustified use of force against a child in broad daylight.
