Young, a 2008 NBA All-rookie Second Team member, is currently having a great season for the Nets, who currently sit at the second most bottom spot in the East with just 14 wins in 54 games played.

The 27-year-old forward is the 53rd best scorer of the league, averaging 15.1 points per games on a 51.3 percent shooting from the field. He is also the 16th best rebounder in the league, grabbing an average of 9.1 boards a game this season.

Considering the nine-year veteran's stats, it does make sense for him to be in the radars of the Raptors and Clippers, as they could both use depth in the frontcourt.

Young, who is listed 6-foot-8, can play both forward positions. He is capable of shooting three-pointers though he has only an average of 21.7 percent shooting accuracy from beyond the arc line this season.

Young is a product of Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. He was the 2007 NBA draft 12th overall pick selected by Philadelphia 76ers, where he played for seven seasons before being traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves in August 2014.

He has played a total of 48 games for the Timberwolves posting averages of 14.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.8 assist and 1.8 steals in 33.4 minutes of playing time per game with a 45.1 field goal percentage. Minnesota traded Young to the Brooklyn Nets in February last year in exchange for the All-Star Kevin Garnett.
