Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri is reportedly resigned to the possibility that his star midfielder N'Golo Kanté could exit the King Power Stadium at the end of the season even if they win the 2015-2016 Premier League title.

Metro reported that the 64-year-old Italian bench tactician said that Kanté "could be allowed to leave the club this summer - but only if a big-money offer is submitted".

Three big-time clubs are allegedly interested in acquiring the France international, namely the English Premier League's Arsenal and Chelsea and the Italian Serie A champions Juventus FC.

The 25-year-old Paris, France native is said to be "flattered" with reports linking him to the three world-class football clubs but it is not immediately known if he would indeed consider a move away from Leicester next season.

While Ranieri is more focused in the team's last few Premier League matchdays and possibly winning the Foxes' first ever domestic top flight title, he has also admitted that he does not want unhappy players in his roster.

"I think he should rest here. He is working very well. But if some big teams arrive who give us a lot of big money, maybe we can think about it," said Ranieri prior to the Foxes 1-0 win over Southampton on Sunday, as per Caught Offside.

"If he is not happy here and wants to go, I don't want sad people here. I want happy people. He is always smiling. It is speculation and now our focus is on the pitch. After is another season," the head coach added.

Kanté was acquired by Leicester last summer from French Ligue 1 club Stade Malherbe Caen for a reported transfer fee of €8 million. He signed a four-year deal with the Foxes and started the season as primary backup to goalscoring machine Jamie Vardy up front.

He has so far scored only one goal in 30 Premier League appearances for Leicester City this season.
