Kim Kardashian stripped down for a shoot for GQ's Men of the Year issue and opened up about her life with husband Kanye West, their May wedding, and their daughter North's name origin.

Wearing only pink stilettos and slightly covered with satin gray sheets in the spread for the British magazine, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star also talked about her personal life for the cover story, including her sex life with her partner.

The 33-year-old socialite's sex footage with ex-beau Ray J that leaked in 2007 may have given her a dose of fame, but Kardashian is not spilling whether she has made a similar clip with her rapper husband.

"My husband Kanye and I have an amazing sex life," she told GQ. "So far as the sex tape is concerned, whether or not we've made another ... If we have, it's never something I want to go public."

She also insisted on avoiding the mistakes she has made in the past. "I never want to make the same mistake twice," Kardashian continued.

With regards to rumors about their lavish wedding celebrations last May, the "KUWTK" star confirmed that they did engrave their guests' names on their dining tables, although the buzz on a gold toilet was turned down.

"The gold toilet? Not true!" Kardashian claimed. "But we did engrave everyone's name on to the dining tables, yes. We felt everyone that was there really made a mark on our hearts, so we wanted to do something that acknowledged that."

The successful businesswoman also admitted that she and West decided on their 1-year-old daughter's name after getting approval from a couple of other celebrities.

"It was a rumor in the press and we'd never really considered it seriously," she commented. "But Kanye and I were having lunch ... and Pharrell came over to us and said, 'Oh my God, are you guys really going to call your daughter "North?" That is the best name.'"

Apparently, Vogue Editor-in Chief Anna Wintour had something to say about the name as well.

"Then a little while later Anna Wintour came over and asked the same thing. She told us: 'North is a genius name,'" the reality TV star explained.

Kardashian was recently named "Woman of the Year" at the British GQ Men of the Year Awards.
