Inter Milan players Felipe Melo and Jonathan Biabiany are rumored to be on the move to the Italian Serie A giants' Chinese Super League sister club Jiangsu Suning FC soon as the Suning Commerce Group wants to reinforce their Far East squad to fight for the China top flight title.

Jiangsu is currently at second place in the CSL overall standings, a far 11 points behind league leaders and defending champions Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao FC, with only nine games to go in this term's campaign.

The squad still has a chance to overthrow the five straight Chinese domestic first division winners if they can string a couple of wins going into the season's home stretch while the Southern China Tigers continue to struggle late in the season.

Yahoo Sports reported that Melo and Biabiany are "heading for the Inter exit door, with the club's owners negotiating a deal to take the duo to Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning" as to "supplement the Chinese team's squad in their current title challenge".

The 33-year-old Melo and 28-year-old Biabiany are two of Inter's resident veterans and would be a force to contend with in the Far East domestic competitions should the switch pushes through.

However, the report noted that while negotiations are ongoing between the two sister clubs, it remains to be seen whether the players themselves will approve such a move.

Another member of I Nerazzurri, midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, is also reportedly on his way out of San Siro as his agents are currently discussing a lucrative transfer deal with La Liga outfit Atletico Madrid.

Atleti had reportedly offered €20 million for the Croatian, but Inter wants €25 million to recoup the fee they paid for Brozovic when they made the 23-year-old's loan from Dinamo Zagreb a permanent one early this year.

Meanwhile, Italian Football Daily reported that Melo is keen on a return to his old club Galatasaray this summer to follow his ex-Inter head coach Roberto Mancini there.

With the recent takeover of Chinese ownership, Mancini was replaced with Frank de Boer as new La Beneamata manager and rumors abound that the Italian mentor is set to join the Turkish giants.

Apart from Melo being known as a keen follower of Mancini, he was also a former player of the Yellow-Reds for five seasons and move back to Istanbul is said to be most welcome to the Brazilian.
