China Police Cars with Facial Recognition Software to be Launched Soon

The rampant crimes, delinquency, and misconduct in China have reverberated across the streets of many cities in the nation and have generates countless accounts of death. This has been the very reason why a team of developers and researches from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China’s Police Equipment Joint Research Lab has come up with patrol cars that house facial recognition software systems intended to combat crimes in China in a faster and more efficient manner.
