China's Mobile Game Market Surpasses US, Japan

China has been named the top spender on mobile games with a total revenue of $7.1 billion, surpassing both the United States and Japan, according to the latest reports by intelligence companies Newzoo and TalkingData.

China's mobile game industry has been steadily gaining ground in the country's overall digital games market, with mobile games now accounting for nearly half of China's total digital gaming revenue.
