Black Sabbath is poised to reunite for one last album and a concert tour one more time, Rolling Stone reports.

The last time the iconic metal band released an album with the original lineup was in 2013. Titled "13," it shoot to Billboard's No. 1 spot.

In an interview with Metal Hammer magazine, Ozzy Osbourne said that he is looking forward to composing a new music for the band and with collaborating with guitarist Tony Iommi and bassist Geezer Butler early 2015.

"We're going to do one more album, and a final tour," Osbourne said.

While their 2013 collaboration ended up a financial and critical victory, Ozzy also revealed that it also ended up on a friendly terms.

"Once the dust settled after the last tour we started discussing the idea -- because we were getting asked about it all the time," Osbourne revealed, dropping hints that everyone in the group was actually looking forward to another act.

"I said to Sharon, 'What's going on? Because if there's no more Sabbath I want to get on with my own thing again,' and she came back and said 'Let me look into it,'" Osbourne continued.

"Three weeks later, I asked her about it again, and she said 'Oh, I still have to talk to so and so...' And I said, 'Sharon, I ain't (expletive) 21 anymore. If we're going to do (it), I want to do it before I'm 70. Time isn't on our side.' So she made the call and came back and said, 'Yeah, the record company wants another album.' I believe Rick Rubin is going to do it with us again."

Asked when will their reunion happen, Osbourne answered: "sooner rather than later."

While band mate Tony Iommi's bout with cancer, Osbourne is still optimistic that he'll make it for the group's reunion.

In a January interview with Rolling Stone, Iommi said that he was "absolutely" excited to work with his pals. At the time, he was "feeling OK" while undergoing treatments from lymphoma.
