The Prince was at his most charming in his tux as he delivered a speech before professional women all in elegant gowns and sparkling jewels.

"I am not entirely sure who made the seating plan but I am sitting between two men."

The Prince was heard poking about his misfortune.

"I thought it would just be 100 women and myself"

The Prince also praised the importance of the hospital as an institution that cares for the poor and misfortunate in life.

"This hospital represents the importance which society places on the care of those less fortunate than ourselves," he said.

"In the case of the Royal Hospital it is former members of the Armed Forces but for WellChild it is children and young people," he continues.

The Prince also spoke about how proud he is as a patron of WellChild.

"I am incredibly proud to be the patron of WellChild, the charity being championed by 100 Women in Hedge Fund's UK this year."

"I am also delighted to be patron of 100 Women in Hedge Fund's philanthropic initiatives for this year also."

WellChild is the national charity that supports children with serious medical conditions.

The Prince was welcomed by WellChild CEO Colin Dyer. The Prince asked about the family of Laughlin Whiteley, the seven-year-old boy who died this week.

Prince Harry was able to catch up with the child at an awards ceremony held recently.

Meanwhile, 100 WHF  CEO Amanda Pullinger, affirms that the organization with "continue its support of the Charities Forum of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry."
