Jennifer Lopez is reportedly set to sign a residency in Las Vegas.

The renowned signer is about to ink a deal with The Axis at Planet Hollywood, owned by Caesars Entertainment. However, Caesars Entertainment reps have not yet confirmed the deal.

"Caesars Entertainment is always engaged in conversations with a number of artists to potentially perform at its properties in Las Vegas ... at this time, J.Lo is not confirmed to perform at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino," a statement says.

Lopez's side has not yet issued a statement. If the deal pushes through, Lopez could become one of the highest paid Vegas acts of all time, People reports.

TMZ sources reveal that the American Idol judge will receive more money per show compared to Britney Spears, who is also performing at The Axis.

Lopez is being offered a whopping $350K per show, while Spears is getting $310K a show.

But taking a closer look, Britney still brings home more money because the contract stipulates that she'll be doing 96 shows in two years.

JLo, meanwhile, will do only 72 shows, three times a week for 24 weeks for up to two years.

Spears' two-year stint gives her $29,760,000 while JLo is only guaranteed $26,383,326, although still a sizable sum.

However, the offers for the two singers are nothing compared to Celine Dion who receives $33,320,000 a year.

Time's Eliza Berman writes that a gig in Las Vegas could do Lopez a lot of good - financial and career-wise: "stability, breathing room, and major cash," she explained.

Residencies are essentially like a tour, minus the grueling travel schedule. They often consist of a handful of shows each week for four or five months, which would leave time for the other projects in Lopez's multi-hyphenated career: judging American Idol, managing her lifestyle brand, and overseeing the foundation she started with her sister Lydia "to improve health care access in under-served communities," she continued.
