According to the producers of the show, she was able to make it but explained that she was really ill. The producers said: "Unfortunately Miss Lohan has been suffering from a viral gastric bug for several days but has shown true professionalism in continuing to perform."

They continued to explain that yesterday, when Lohan tweeted her being ill, the doctor advised that she should rest throughout the day and was given a prescription medication. The medicine effectively had a positive result and the producers pressed they were delighted that Lohan subsequently felt well enough to perform yesterday evening.

They added, "Miss Lohan is feeling much better today and will be performing tonight as scheduled."
