Florida State University's (FSU) star quarterback, Jameis Winston, had his student conduct hearing postponed again to December 1.

The drama is not over for Winston, as his hearing has been moved yet again from the previously scheduled student code of conduct hearing. The postponement was requested by the Heisman Trophy winner's attorney because the legal would need more time to prepare, according to ESPN.com's Mark Schlaback.

The new date, December 1, is two days after their game against the Florida Gators.

The current hearing of Winston relates to allegations that the quarterback sexually assaulted an FSU student in 2012. Although the star signal-caller was not charged with a crime, he was set to face university officials the week of November 17.

Rachel Axon of USA Today broke down how Winston will likely still be able to avoid the hearing until after FSU's football season concludes. She said once the hearing is completed, the FSU code of conduct allows 10 class/exam days before the decision is due.

If the winter break is included, concluding the hearing on December 5 will mean that the decision will not be out until January 13, Axon added.

Since the date was pushed back, this certainly gives Winston more of a chance to complete the 2014 football season.

FSU only has three regular-season games remaining. They are currently in position to qualify for the College Football Playoff and are undefeated with a record of 9-0.

Apart from the regular season, FSU could play as much as three postseason games, including the ACC Championship game and two potential CFP contests.

Should Winston be found to be in violation of the code of conduct when hearing takes place, the disciplinary action against Winston can still be imposed if the verdict is rendered then and there.
