A woman from Riverside County, California has become the latest complainant saying that she was molested and raped by the comedian Bill Cosby and she is an additional to the 13 women who has earlier complained about being sexually harassed.

In the most recent weeks, there have been allegations and lawsuits against Cosby and it has started from when the entertainer mentioned the cases during a comedic act. However, this latest update is the first ever statement made publicly that Cosby has been alleged of sexually assaulting a minor.

The woman was identified as Judy Huth and the lawsuit papers were filed on Tuesday at the Los Angeles Superior Court. Huth has claimed that the 77-year-old entertainer assaulted her back in 1974 when she was still underage.

This has been first reported by Los Angeles Times and TMZ and the copy of the lawsuit has not been accessed in the website of the above-mentioned court. Also, it was not immediately available what Huth was pursuing in the said suit.  

However, other information was available and according to the papers, the alleged sexual assault has happened when they were at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles. Huth pointed out that she and a friend of hers, who was 16 years old that time, were wandering around in a movie set in California and Cosby was filming in the said area.

That is where Huth and her friend met him and they were invited to sit in his own director's chair and even asked them their ages. After that, Cosby allegedly invited the girls to his tennis club located in Los Angeles County and that's when they followed Cosby to another house.

Huth adds that she played billiards with Cosby in that house and she claims she was forced to drink a beer whenever she lost a game. She reportedly was served multiple alcoholic beverages and they went back to the Playboy Mansion. Cosby allegedly told Huth and her friend to tell people they are 19 when someone asks.

Huth continued to write that she went into a restroom and when she came out, Cosby sat on a bed and asked her to sit next to him. Cosby allegedly tried to put his hand down her pants and then took her hand in his as he performed a "sex act" by himself without any consent.

Cosby nor his representatives have released any statement about this yet.
