A parent's love is infinite as Jackie shared to the media that ever since Jaycee got into trouble he also contemplated about his past way of doing things, according to HK Top Ten.

Jackie said that he wasn't really a good father but he was a "responsible father".

Jackie thought if he gave Jaycee too much pressure he would grow since he needs to make mistakes in order for him to be more successful. Jackie realizes that he might have been too hard on Jaycee.

"He has always worked very hard. As he was heavily influenced by me, he was under a lot of stress," said the Dragon Blade star, as he told Xin MSN Entertainment.

"I believe Jaycee will change his ways after the release. Ah Jiao and I will not speak for him, but we will be his pillars of support," he further added.

Jackie emphasized that he will not spend the Chinese New Year with his family.

He and his wife will also not pick up Jaycee from prison but he will be a helping hand in his son's career and offered to make a record release for his son.

The Dragon Blade star also expressed that his son doesn't need much of an effort to work but hopes that Jaycee will be independent and make money through the right means in the end.
