We are so used to seeing Lady Gaga as this emblem of crazy, wicked and monstrous things. But during her performance in Las Vegas, we saw a different side of Lady Gaga. Her speech was about how she feels thankful to everyone supporting her and she talked about her past. Amidst what they knew about her, fans continued to shout and howl to show their support for her.

She also revealed that she was a nightclub dancer before. She says that she started go-go dancing when she was 18. She thanked the people who still continue to support her even if there were times that Lady Gaga was always in the headlines projecting a negative light on her image.

On stage, she started tearing up and telling everyone how thankful she is to everyone for inspiring her, for letting her be herself and that it all means so much to her.

She also told a story way back from down memory lane. She told the audience that she used to go to the stage where she performed that night to see all the big, fancy lights. Toward the end, Lady Gaga said that the most important thing for her is that people believe in this tiny American girl who had a dream.

That girl from New York, according to Gaga, says that she supported her in every way she can and she supported her in the world as a real musician. Guess that's what they call inner strength.

On a lighter note, she said toward her speech that every show in Las Vegas was invented by a gay guy. Making everyone laugh and cheer for her some more.

The song "Born this Way" was sang by her after her emotional speech. Making it even more timely and affecting the audience to be inspired by who they are now and not what they were.
