'Captain America: Civil War' Update: New Iron Man Armor Spotted In Set Photos; Spider-Man Versus Cap Fight Teased?

It looks like new updates for Marvel's "Captain America: Civil War" have been revealed regarding a new Iron Man armor and a fight between the First Avenger and the Amazing Spider-Man.

According to Movie Web, the new set photos for "Captain America: Civil War" featured something very interesting as Tony Stark's (Robert Downey Jr.) new Iron Man armor has been revealed, and it is speculated that this new suit is the movie's own version of the Bleeding Edge Armor.

Another photo also features other Avenger members on the set such as Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Falcon ( Anthony Mackie), War Machine (Don Cheadle), Captain America (Chris Evans) and Ant-Man (Paul Rudd).

The Bleeding Edge Armor in the Marvel comics is considered one of the most powerful armors that Tony ever built. It is the successor to his Extremis armors and it is composed of nano machines that are inside his body. He can upon the armor at will as it forms the Iron Man from inside his body. It still retains the some of his weapons and abilites like repulsor rays, unibeam, super strenght, limited invulnerability and flight. Plus, the bleeding armor boost Tony's intellect in an extraordinary level which allows him to think and create weapons, gears and other inventions. Heroic Hollywood was the first to confirm that the Bleeding Edge will be used in "Captain America: Civil War" film.

Aside from the new Iron Man armor, ComicBook also reported that "Mission Impossible" and "Avengers" star Jeremy Renner has confirmed that his character Hawkeye will be joining Cap's side in "Captain America: Civil War," during the Wizard Workd Comic Con event in Chicago. He also recently revealed that he wants to join the Marvel's hit TV series "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." but was not yet invited in the party

It was reported before that heroes who will side with Captain America include Falcon, Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), Ant-Man and Hawkeye, while Iron Man's team are composed of Black Widow, War Machine, Vision (Paul Bettany) and Spider-Man (Tom Holland).

Other characters that confirmed and rumored to join the film includes Winter Soldier, Black Panther, Red Hulk and the Wasp.

Lastly, there are rumors making rounds that Spider-Man will fight an Avenger during the "Civil War" film.

The Christian Post reportedly claimed that the web-slinger will be facing Captain America himself. Both characters have fought in the "Civil War" comics, and with previous speculations that Tom Holland's role has been extended to more than a cameo in the film, Marvel fans will be likely get a treat from this.

"Captain America: Civil War" will be released in cinemas on May 6, 2016.
