Kim Kardashian Talks about Favorite Work Out Places After Shedding 42 lbs. in Just 3 Months

Keeping Up with The Kardashians star Kim Kardashian has revealed her favorite work-out places which helped her shed off 42 lbs. in just three months after giving birth to second child Saint West in December 2015.

The 35-year-old reality actress revealed that it was not easy to lose all that weight in such a short period of time. She admitted that on most days, she found it truly horrible to get up just to work out but said she understands that "it's a must."

Kardashian told to People, however, that it helps to have several favorite places in the world to work out and sweat, just to make things a little lighter and more enjoyable for her. She shared her top five locations to do her work out sessions to inspire people that not only celebrities can keep healthy bodies but more so with other people who have the motivation and sincere enthusiasm to live healthy lifestyles.

On the top of Kardashian's list of favorite work out spots is Barry's Bootcamp, which offers a a blend of her favorite exercise techniques - weight lifting and cardio activities. It is also a place where she, her mother, and her sisters frequent in order to have their dose of Soul Cycle and Pilates Plus. "Khloe goes a lot and she really got me into it," Kim said in reference to her sister's penchant for good sweat and exercise.

L'Usine in Paris is also among Kardahian's favorite work out places. She described the place as a "chic gym in the middle of the city" that houses excellent amenities, equipment, and a variety of different sweating-out classes.

Kim also mentioned working out with Gunnar Peterson at his private gym has also been a great experience. Peterson is a known favorite trainer of many other celebrities such as singer-actress Jennifer Lopez, tennis player Pete Sampras, and actor Sylverster Stallone. "Gunnar is amazing," Kardashian said. "I put in the work and definitely see it paying off."

Apart from these work out places, Kanye West's wife also talked about the importance of being selective with her food. She currently follows the Atkins 40 plan which gives her approximately 1800 calories everyday to keep her fit.
