A recent report alleged that Jamie Foxx "panicked" when Katie Holmes told him something. What could it be?

In the latest issue of "OK!" magazine, a source reportedly claimed that the 37-year-old former "Dawson's Creek" actress, who is allegedly around four months pregnant right now, "thought it would be lovely to make her and Jamie's romance official before having a baby together." However, the 48-year-old actor and singer allegedly "panicked" and told her to postpone the wedding.

The unnamed informant further narrated that the former "Miami Vice" star "thought it might be better to hold off on the wedding, at least until they'd settle into life with a new baby." This allegedly got Katie Holmes upset that she then told Jamie Foxx to just cancel everything.

"It's understandable Katie would start to feel insecure about the relationship," the source alleged. "And she definitely wouldn't want to raise another child on her own, as she's been forced to do with Suri since she left Tom [Cruise]."

Amid these pregnancy and wedding rumors, Gossip Cop had the chance to talk to the actress' rep who denied all the allegations and pointed out that these are "all false."

The site stated, "Katie Holmes did NOT call off her supposed wedding to Jamie Foxx, nor is the actress pregnant with his baby, despite a bogus tabloid cover story. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this claim."

According to the representative of the "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" actress, the report of "OK!" magazine was a "complete fabrication."

It can be recalled that back in March, a source reportedly shared with People that while it is true that they have been spending time together, but hinted that they are not even engaged.

"This is not some intense romance," the insider said, adding that Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx "are friends and have been for a long time. They are two adults who are attractive and single, and so apparently conclusions will be drawn ... But contrary to those conclusions, they're not about to run off and make some serious commitment."
