Chelsea's multi-awarded midfielder Eden Hazard has reportedly denied his interest in playing for La Liga giants Real Madrid next season, saying that he is focused on getting back "on the field with Chelsea" moving forward.

Caught Offside reported that the 25-year-old Chelsea ace "has dismissed suggestions that he has agreed a move to Real Madrid, and insists he is focused on the remainder of this season".

The rumors came amidst the current "miserable campaign" of Hazard at the Stamford Bridge this season, where he scored zero goals throughout the year after being named the Premier League Player of the Season, FWA Footballer of the Year, and PFA Players' Player of the Year at the end of last season when the club won the English Premier League title.

A lot of speculations were out with regards to his huge drop in form and some suggest that it could be due to injuries or to his unhappiness in playing with the Blues, which also triggered rumors of an impending summer exit particularly to the Bernabéu residents.

"Have I signed for Real? No, that's not true, I do not know who said that," the Belgium international said, as per the Independent. "For now, I am at Chelsea. I have a season to finish, and my contract ends in four years. For now, I'm here, and I am, and I want to get back on the field with Chelsea."

Hazard was acquired by Chelsea in the summer of 2012 from Lille for a transfer fee of £32 million and is being built by the Citizens to possibly contend with "the dominance in the Ballon d'Or of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi" in the future.

With the English top flight trophy, a Champions League qualification, and multiple awards received since he had been at the Stamford Bridge, the La Louvière, Belgium native seems "destined for big things", the report says.

However, the Blues' struggles coupled by his own both on and off the pitch has delayed his progress to become one of the best players in England this year.
