Under the deal, Goodman would be the president of Le Vision Entertainment (LeVE) and will be in-charge of the English-language original entertainment that would be distributed by LeEco’s content divisions around the world, including markets such as China, India, Russia, and among others.

Goodman would bring his 30 staff and other Dichotomy assets to the company, according to Tech Crunch. He will oversee the Los Angeles-based LeVE and report to LeEco Vice Chairman Zhang Zhao, CEO of China’s Le Vision Pictures.

“It was critical for us to find a partner who could honor and respect what we love about Hollywood and at the same time, not be afraid to challenge conventions. I am very grateful for the chance to collaborate with Mr. Zhang and LeEco,” said Adam Goodman.

LeVE will utilize the filmmaking strategy of Dichotomyin to produce tentpole films for worldwide audiences, while also employing Dichotomy Micro Studios banner in the lucrative micro-budget film business. LeVe would also assertively pursue and acquire new IP, develop emerging voices, and create material for the international audience.
