China's LeEco is finally heading to the United States and has sent out invitations for a press event in San Francisco, California, on October 19.

The invitation featured renderings of a bike, a car, a phone, a TV, and a VR headset, hinting that LeEco will likely be launching all of its major products in the United States, Slash Gear reported.

LeEco has been dubbed by the media as "China's Google" and the "Netflix of China." Aside from manufacturing almost everything - from TVs to electric cars, it is also excelling in the smartphone-making industry, which is known for its high-end specifications that come with a relatively reasonable and competitive price.

Its latest flagship phone Le Pro 3 not only got an impressive 3.5 million pre-registration during its launch last week but also sold a staggering half a million units in just 15 seconds after it went on sale on Thursday.

The company also managed to raise a whopping $1.08 billion from Chinese investors to realize its LeSee electric sports car. Not only that, it has also allocated $1.8 billion to establish an electric car factory in China, with a production capacity of 400,000 vehicles annually.

LeEco has also engaged in original content production via its Le Vision Pictures subsidiary, which is reportedly hiring former Paramount Pictures President Adam Goodman to take charge of its Los Angeles movies and oversee its English-language films. Le Vision has also co-produced The Expendables 2 and is behind the movie The Great Wall starring Matt Damon, according to The Variety.

In July, LeEco also acquired American consumer electronics brand Vizio for $2 billion, with the aim of giving "greater influence" in the global TV industry and potentially establish the world's biggest ecosystem TV company.
