There are rumors that the Milwaukee Bucks are searching for a reliable wingman as Khris Middleton is unavailable due to an injury. The Bucks are allegedly willing to also put Greg Monroe on the table to entice other teams for a possible trade.

Monroe has been on the NBA trade block since the NBA off-season, and it was only recently that the Bucks officially confirmed that they are looking to trade the 26-year-old big man. The Bucks have been vocal regarding Monroe being not a great fit into the team.

Despite the Bucks claiming that Monroe is not fit for its system, Monroe's numbers say otherwise. Monroe leads the Bucks in rebounds, along with 15.3 points per game.

According to News Everyday, Bucks head coach Jason Kidd even sidelined Monroe during the NBA training camp session. When asked about this, Kidd said that he was focusing on the organization's second unit. Kidd once used the same strategy when he was the head coach of the Brooklyn Nets.

There are rumors that the Bucks are looking to trade Monroe for Spencer Hawes and Jeremy Lamb from the Charlotte Hornets. Should this deal get approval, Hawes and Lamb could provide the much-needed speed for the Bucks' fast-paced gameplay dynamics. As for Monroe, joining the Hornets could mean that he will play second fiddle to center Roy Hibbert, or make it to the first-five by replacing Frank Kaminsky.
