Rock band Radiohead and film director Paul Thomas Anderson recently released a minimal video for the latter's "The Numbers" song from their ninth studio album.

The song's complete title "The Numbers: Jonny, Thom and a CR78," is a reference to a Roland drum machine called CR78. The video ends with Jonny Greenwood turning off the drum machine, and Thom Yorke uttering "probably" in a rather enigmatic manner, according to Pitchfork.

The first video released by Anderson was for "Daydreaming" with a more conventional music video setup. The music video shows Yorke walking through a series of different scenes.

This is also not the first time that Anderson has collaborated with Radiohead. Anderson has tapped the musical talent of Greenwood for scoring films his films including "The Master" and "There Will Be Blood."

Anderson and Greenwood have also collaborated on the documentary "Junun," which follows Greenwood's work with India-based musicians. Greenwood has also worked with Polish classical composer Krzysztof Penderecki on a 2012 album entitled "48 Responses to Polymorphia."
