Respawn Entertainment has disclosed details about Zone 18, one of the maps included in the soon to be released Titanfall DLC, IMC Rising.

Zone 18 is an old IMC base hidden in the wilderness of the Dakota system. It's where IMC Robotics continues its research after the destruction of the Hammond Robotics' corporate headquarters on the Frontier, which is the last campaign mission in the central game.

Respawn game designer Geoff Smith said Zone 18 is a fast-paced environment with two main section divided by a central supply path. Pilots can either navigate it under the cover of the facility's interior passages, or take advantage of the long sightlines provided by the limited rooftop cover outside.

He said he wanted something less noisy and that allows gamers to spot other pilots quickly.

The company isn't yet going to reveal details regarding the third map, Santrap, included in IMC Rising but there are rumors saying it will be released this fall.

Respawn recently revealed numerous other improvements, additions, and tweaks in the game's sixth major update.

The company included colorblind support and the option to purchase Burn Cards from the Black Market.
