The Meizu Band sports an OLED display that fits in a sleek and unassuming design. The display shows the time, notification, and incoming call alerts from the paired smartphone. The fitness band pairs with a mobile device via Bluetooth, and it may even help the user to find the smartphone in case it is misplaced.

Moreover, the device is paired with the company's health app so that users can view the complete data of their fitness and evaluate them eventually. It also allows users to see their friends’ activities, like, or even compete against them.

Meizu’s fitness band also counts the number of steps that users have done and the amount of calories they burned. In addition, it has a heart sensor that tracks the heart rate of the user in any activities.

Meizu Band has an IP67 rating for water and dust and resistance as well. The band can be submerged up to 3.2 feet of water for as long as 30 minutes without sustaining any damage.

As for the charging aspect, Meizu Band is charged magnetically. The fully charged fitness band could last up to seven days.

The Meizu Band costs 229 yuan ($33). The device is now available for pre-order in China and will hit the stores on Dec. 8. There is no statement yet if the fitness band will be available for the international market.
