Chinese smartphone maker ZTE has announced that its latest device - the ZTE Blade A2 Plus smartphone - will be available in India starting Feb.3. The 3GB variant of the device is expected to be priced at Rs. 15,000 ($220.73) in the country, while the 4GB variant will cost around Rs. 17,000 ($250.16).

The ZTE Blade A2 Plus smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD display screen with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolutions. The device is powered by an octa-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6750T processor, which is paired with Mali T860 GPU for the graphics. It will be available in 3GB and 4GB of RAM variants. The in-built storage of the device is 32GB, which can be expandable up to a massive 128GB via a dedicated the microSD card.

The ZTE Blade A2 Plus smartphone sports a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with PDAF and dual-LED flash support. On the front is an 8-megapixel sensor with LED flash support as well. It runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system out of the box, coupled with ZTE's latest Mifavor 3.5 user interface laid on top. Fueling the device is a massive 4900 mAh capacity battery that supports fast charging technology.

Other features the ZTE Blade A2 Plus offers include hybrid dual-SIM (Nano + Nano), Bluetooth v4.0, 4G LTE, USB Type C, GPS with A-GPS, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. The device measures a body dimension of 155 mm x 76.2 mm x 9.8 mm and weighs around 189 grams.

In China, the ZTE Blade A2 Plus smartphone comes in Gold and Silver color.
