US-based no-contract carriers Virgin and Boost Mobile has announced that the ZTE Prestige 2 is now available on its offline and online stores in the USA. The ZTE Prestige 2 smartphone is currently priced on both network providers at around $79.99.

Virgin Mobile also offers two contract options on the ZTE Prestige 2; the Data Love and Data Love Plus. The Data Love plan starts at $35 a month for unlimited text, talk, and 5GB of 4G LTE data, while the Data Love Plus cost for around $45-a-month for unlimited text, talk, and bumps data up to 10GB.

On Boost Mobile, customers can also opt for two plans; Unlimited Gigs and a 2GB Data plan. The Unlimited Gigs option starts at $50 a month with unlimited text, talk, and data, while the 2GB plan is $30 a month for unlimited talk and text, and includes the option to add an extra 1GB/2GB of data for $5/$10 a month respectively.

As for the specifications, the ZTE Prestige 2 smartphone features a 5-inch FWVGA display screen with 480 pixels by 854 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the device is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 210 processor clocked at a speed of 1.1 GHz, along with 2GB of RAM onboard. It comes equipped with a built-in 16GB of internal memory storage, which can be further expandable up to 32GB via a dedicated microSD card slot.

On the camera department, the ZTE Prestige 2 flaunts a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 5-megapixel sensor for selfies. The handset runs Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system out of the box, which is coupled with ZTE's latest customized user interface laid on top of it. Fueling the device is a removable 2,035 mAh capacity battery that offers up to 14 hours of battery life.
