Mac users can now experience Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Mac represents the franchise's debut for the Apple platform.

Konami, Japanese game developer and publisher, teamed up with software enablement technology company TransGaming to launch the 2013 Metal Gear spinoff game to Mac.

Mac owners can no purchase Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance via Steam. The game's original price is US$30 but they can get it with 15 percent off or just US$25.49 that will last until September 30.

"Metal Gear has been a massive global success on myriad platforms and bringing the series to Mac was long overdue. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance was a turning point in the series and is the ideal introduction for new Mac players," said Yuji Korekado, producer of Konami, in a statement.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance observes the cybernetically better Raiden disuniting his ties to the surreptitious gameplay of old, charging headlong behind enemy lines with a fresh pack of batteries and a thirsty blade by his side.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance has original versions on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 back in February 2013. It was in January 2014 that Konami launched a Windows PC version.

In other news, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain are also coming to PC.

However, Konami did not yet announced when they will be releasing the PC version, but they confirmed that Ground Zeroes will definitely first in line.
