There have been rumors Samsung plans to release a new A-series device.

Samsung's A3 and A5 were designed as mid-range models. Now, reports hint the A7 will be packed with high-end specs.

The rumored new A-series handset features a 5.5- inch screen display. It's expected to have 720p HD display, which is a bit of a disappointment since it won't produce the sharpest display.

The A7 is rumored have a DUAL-SIM support just like in Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5.

Reports also said it sport a metal-clad body similar to the recently launched Samsung Galaxy Alpha.

Galaxy A7 will have limited availability because the South Korean tech giant wants to boost the sales of their premium handset Galaxy Alpha, according to reports.

Unlike the A3 and A5, selected countries will only have the chance to avail the Galaxy A7.

It's been said to come with LTE connectivity. The A7 could be priced between US$450 and US$500.

Meanwhile, tech reports said the Galaxy A3 could sport a 4.8-inch qHD display with a 540 x 960 screen resolution. The Galaxy A5 is anticipated to have a 5-inch HD Super Amoled display and a screen resolution of 720 x 1280.

In addition, the Galaxy A5's selling price is between US$400 to US$450 while the Galaxy A3 will cost from US$350 and US$400.

Samsung fans and various tech news websites are still waiting for the rest of the unknown specs of the Galaxy A7.
