Just when you think "Girls" star Lena Dunham couldn't get anymore naked, she proves everyone wrong with her bare-all memoir, "Not That Kind Of Girl: A Young Woman Tells You What She's 'Learned'".

In the said newly-released, highly-anticipated book, Dunham doesn't hold back as she writes about past experiences of sexual assault, therapy, drug use, eating disorders and, being uncomfortable in her own skin.

Dunham writes quite a bit about having had sex, but not being able to fully enjoy it until she reached the age of 25 years old.

She talked about her reliance on prescription drugs, which was driven by her "emotional insecurity", anorexia and self-blame for a sexual assault she experienced in college.

According to pop-culture and lifestyle expert Valerie Greenberg, Dunham's effectivity is the fact that instead of hiding her imperfections like most Hollywood stars do, she chooses to reveal them in a very down-to-earth way. She disregards psychobabbling her way through her issues, but instead tells the reader how she simply manages her way through life. Greenberg states that her relateability makes you want to be her best friend.

And relateability is a pretty big feat - after all, Dunham has been dubbed the voice of her generation, having written, starred and directed her own hit television series while only in her 20s. Aside from winning a Golden Globe, Dunham has also been named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by TIME.

But despite all of these impressive points to her resume, Dunham continues to be humble in the way other celebs her age have failed to be.

"If I could take what I've learned and make one menial job easier for you, or prevent you from having the kind of sex where you feel you must keep your sneakers on in case you want to run away during the act, then every misstep of mine was worthwhile," the actress-writer wrote in the introduction of her memoir.
