Leading ladies Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain grace this months cover of 'Entertainment Weekly' magazine with their co-star Matthew McConaughey as they tease fans about their upcoming film 'Interstellar'.

The trio spoke to the magazine about the project.

McConaughey talked about the films director Chris Nolan saying "Nobody is able to put more scale, awe and scope on screen as much as Chris. I personally think it was an evolution, it was him wanting to take the next step toward something more intimate."

Hathaway teased about the aspect of the movie and if mind-altering substances are needed in order to understand the seemingly complicated film saying that it's nice to finally have a movie that is all things a movie is supposed to be about and not feel like you have to take drugs to understand its complexity.

Chastain on the other hand said that the although the film is about outer space its also a film about love and adventure, she also exclusively told E! News that the film critics will have "No way to overhype this film, because its already that great".

The movie is about an astronaut (McConaughey) who is grippling about the fact that he has to leave his children behind in the name of mankinds own survival, the movie is also said to touch on other sensitive topics. 

The movies official media description gives more clues about the complexity of the film, it states the the movie chronicles the adventures of explorers who make use of a discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage.

The film is set for release on November 17,2014.
