Nexus 6 vs, iPhone 6 vs. Galaxy Note 4: Features and Specs Showdown

Google, Samsung and Apple have all released their flagship smartphones and those who are still choosing among the Nexus 6, the iPhone 6 and the Galaxy Note 4 should read the comparison below.

The Galaxy Note 4 features a 5.7-inch quad HD Super Amoled display with 2560 x 1440 screen resolution and 515 ppi pixel density. Meanwhile, the Nexus 6 comes with a 5.96-inch quad HD Amoled display with the same resolution and 493 ppi while the iPhone 6 has a 4.7-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD display with 1334 x 750 screen resolution and 326 ppi.

Google wants the Android 5.0 Lollipop to be accessible on all Android devices but Apple has already succeeded in this for several years now. Nexus 6 offers a genuine experience because of its specs but the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 could have an advantage over it and the iPhone 6 with regard to multi-tasking.

The Note 4's multi-tasking and multi-window interaction is the most fluid among the three.

The Nexus 6 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor for the 64-bit Android 5.0 Lollipop. The Galaxy Note 4 has the same 32-bit chipset while the iPhone has a 1.4 GHz A8 processor with more efficient battery power.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 sports a 16 MP rear camera with optical image stabilization, autofocus, 4K video recording at 30 fps, 1080p video at 60 frames per second and a 3.7 MP front camera.

Nexus 6 comes with a 13 MP rear camera with optical image stabilization, dual-LED flash, 4K video capture capacity at 30 frames per second, autofocus, 1080p video at 30 frames per second and a 2 MP front camera. Lastly, the iPhone 6 features an 8 MP rear camera with dual-LED flash, autofocus, 1080p at 60 fps video capture and a 1.2 MP front camera with face detection and HDR.
