A star studded musical film is about to be released on Christmas Day this 2014 and it is called Into The Woods. The movie is produced by Walt Disney Pictures and it stars some of the biggest names in Hollywood such as Meryl Streep, Johnny Depp, Emily Blunt, James Corden, Chris Pine and Anna Kendrick just to name a few.

Critics are already raving about the quality of this movie and they are making a prediction that it will be a blockbuster hit. The plot is basically about the different fairy tale stories written by the Grimm brothers. Viewers will see various characters from Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk as well as Rapunzel. It will focus more on the story of a couple who doesn't own a child and was settled to be in a place known to be cursed because an evil witch is ruling it and she is out there for some vengeance.

Moreover, the studio has released some teaser photos of the movie and critics are not feeling the way Johnny Depp was photographed as the Big Bad Wolf and it is because they think he looks more of a pimp than his said character. Fans on Twitter also showed how they dislike Depp's portraits from the pictures released for the promotion of the movie. Most of them think that it does not make sense on how he was dressed as someone who looks like he is just about to get ready for a party in the Playboy mansion.

The trailer on the other hand is very promising especially knowing that this movie is going to be directed and co-produced by Rob Marshall (Chicago). Other producers who have worked on the hit Broadway musical Wicked will also be a part of this project namely John DeLuca, Marc Platt and Callum McDougall.

Don't forget to watch its premiere on December 25, 2014 in the United States while the worldwide release is on January 2015.
