Amanda Seyfried is a role model to a lot of young women. However, some Hollywood producers see the star as "overweight".

Seyfried might already be thin and fit, but Hollywood's standards are sometimes impossible to understand. The 28-year-old actress, however, was able to defy these odds and she is now known as one of the best actresses in Hollywood.

Her fans then commented on her Twitter post pressing that she is perfect and even called the standards of showbiz disgusting.

It is not yet clear why the star posted such information  to her fans.

However, back in 2010, the "Mamma Mia!" star noted in an interview with Esquire that she goes to such extreme measures just so she can keep her slender bod. She noted that she has been on a raw food diet back then. She pressed that it's intense and awful sighting just eating spinach for all her meals for the whole day.

Also in the same year, the star talked with Glamour Magazine and revealed that she has to always hit the gym so she could maintain her great figure. She said, "If I didn't run and work out, there's no way I would be this thin." She noted that she really has to stay in shape because she is an actress, but pressed that it's "f--ked up and it's twisted".

She then talked about her role in the hit musical movie "Mamma Mia!" noting that if she got a bit bigger, she might not have been called for the cast of the said movie.

Earlier this year, she has been interviewed by Elle UK and pressed that she does not need to look like a supermodel but pressed that she was aware of what she is doing with her body. She then talked about spoiling herself with sugar, wine, and coffee.
