The "Cake" actress has finally decided her wedding would be like with Theroux, her boyfriend of three years. It's going to be extremely intimate, with just a very few group of friends and on a tropical oceanside setting.

"She keeps saying to Justin ''Let's just elope,''' a source told Us.

During Aniston's first wedding to Brad Pitt in 2000, there was a whopping 200 guests with a gospel choir and even a fireworks display. This time, she wants her wedding to be low key, according to the source.

"She doesn't want anything too stuffy - just something special with the people she cares about," the source stated.

Apparently, the "Horrible Bosses" star is set on the idea that she already has everything she needs in a partner with Theroux.

"She is in the best relationship of her life. Everything is perfect with them," said the source.

"My life makes me happy. It's a choice," Aniston recently told Us.

The magazine also added that the upcoming wedding may be kept secret even from the guests.

There are still several details unclear to many and requires some attention by Aniston. One detail is the wedding's location, whether it will be held in Los Cabos, Mexico, or on Hawaii's Kauai Island - also the site of the couple's first vacation in 2011.

"Cabo is Jen's place, but Justin loves Hawaii. They had a very special trip there early on where they were able to talk about their goals and their relationship. They want a relaxed beachy vibe," said the source.

Jen and her screenwriter/director lover will also reportedly be narrowing down the guest list this time, unlike her wedding to Brad which had over 200 guests including Cameron Diaz and Salma Hayek. The source said this time the affair will be limited to 25 VIPs, one being Aniston's best friend Courteney Cox, reports  Mail Online.

"It will be small - their families and close friends. They do not have these entourages they feel they need to invite," according to the source.

Another pal set to attend the ceremony is tattoo artist Scott Campbell, Theroux's close friend

"I've known him for so long," Theroux told Us. "He's done my entire body. He's inked me more times than Us Weekly!"

Other Hollywood friends who may be invited include Jimmy KimmelChelsea Handler and Molly Sims.

But initially, Aniston wanted a big crowd to watch the moment, according to the Boston Herald.

"Jen was going to fly all of their friends somewhere for the wedding," explained the source.

However, Theroux reportedly influenced Jen to scale back.

"He's made her more low-key. She's not about the flashy stuff," said the source. "It would have turned into a million-dollar elopement!"

Another unsettled detail is when the wedding will be.

For the meantime, the couple is in Los Angeles, California, enduring the cold weather and preparing for the possibly sunny nuptials.

On Thursday night, the couple was spotted having dinner in the newly opened Italian steakhouse, Pistola, reportedly one of LA's top restaurants.

Jen is also set to promote her new film "Horrible Bosses 2," while Justin will be returning to the East Coast to film second season of "The Leftovers."

Jen also has a new edgy Role in the indie drama "Cake."

"It was everything I was looking for as an actor," Aniston told Us of her role in the indie drama Cake.

Now, she may be vying for an Oscar for the film.

"Her fellow actors are truly impressed with her performance," a source told of the Emmy winner. In "Cake", Aniston plays a pill addict.

"She really put herself out there."

Slated to open wide in January, the film may be showing earlier since there is an early one-week December release which the film is qualifies for.

Aniston's dedication to her character boosted chances of the film or her getting a nomination. The former "Friends" star reportedly even swapped makeup for facial scars and greasy strands. "I let myself just fall apart for the filming. I loved every minute of it," Aniston said of her role.
