Williams is recently seen at the film's latest trailer.

The actor committed suicide at the age of 63 earlier this year.

It was later revealed that Robins' suicide was triggered by Lewy Body Dementia, the symptoms of which include progressive cognitive decline, "fluctuations" in alertness and attention, visual hallucinations, and parkinsonian motor symptoms, such as slowness of movement, difficulty walking, or rigidity.

Furthermore, LBD is triggered by the excessive amount of Lewy bodies - accumulated bits of alpha-synuclein protein - in the nuclei of neurons of the brain, which control certain aspects of memory and motor control.

LBD is the second most common type of progressive dementia next to Alzheimer's disease, TV Guide writes.

The third installment of the film also saw Mickey Rooney reprised his role in his final film performance.

The screen legend  died last April at the age of 93.

The second installment of the movie was released in 2009.

The third installment features Ben Stiller's character, Larry Daley, having a hard time helping his museum friends after the ancient tablet that makes them alive at night gets damaged.

Williams was particularly close to his Museum costar, Crystal the Monkey, Us Magazine reports.

When he celebrated his final birthday last , the trained animal paid him a visit.

He posted of him and his furry friend on his Instagram.

"Happy Birthday to me! A visit from one of my favorite leading ladies, Crystal," he wrote at the time.

Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb will hit screen December 19.
