Christmas is right around the corner, which means Rockstar Games will be releasing its Heists and Christmas DLC with the next update for "GTA 5" very soon. And new information suggests that the upcoming update will be released on Tuesday, Dec. 23.

Renowned YouTube GTA tipster DomisLive (Dom) unveiled in his latest video a tweet by a hacker enthusiast going by the name of NillxModz. The tweet claims the highly anticipated Heists in addition to the Christmas-related DLC will coming to GTA Online together on Dec. 23 with the 1.05 update for new-generation console users and 1.19 update for last-generation console users.

"You can expect to see the Heist DLC and Holiday DLC (1.05/1.19) for all consoles on Tuesday, 23 December 2014. Look forward to it!" the tweet read.

NillxModz also sent out another tweet with specifics on exactly what time the update would be released for all consoles as well. "23 December 2014 (PS3 and PS4) @ 5:00AM - 23 December 2014 (Xbox 360 and Xbox One) 10:30AM," the second tweet read.

For those who aren't aware, NillxModz is the hacker enthusiast that first leaked information about the Christmas-related DLC when searching through files of the game coding, and Dom mentions that Nill's information on the release date could potentially be correct.

The Holiday DLC that was found in the game coding will consist of snow-weather, Christmas-related clothing and more importantly the Cops n' Crooks game mode that was first implemented in "GTA 4."

In addition to the Holiday DLC, the update will also be including Heists, which has been the most anticipated DLC since the launch of "GTA 5" back in late 2013. Apart from Heist missions, new weapons including the thermite bomb that was found in source code is also said to be included with the update and coming to GTA Online.
