Fans of Hollywood comedian Paul will be glad to know that he is returning to the hit comedy show Parks and Recreation reprising his role as Bobby Newport. His character as the heir to candy company Sweetums will be seen once again on the 7th and last season of the show.

The comedian has made 4 appearances on the show and it was back in season 4 that his character first showed up when he ran against Leslie Knope (played by Amy Poehler) during the Pawnee city council election episode.

Rudd also starred in a satirized romantic comedy film They Came Together also with veteran comedienne Amy Poehler this past year. In 2015, he will be playing the role of Scott Lang in Marvel's production called Ant-Man.

Parks and Recreation executive producer Mike Schur called Rudd as the nicest and funniest human being. His production even made a list of all the actors that they wanted back on the show and Rudd made it on top of that list, so they eventually contacted him and offered him the part again.

Rudd's character Bobby will reappear because Ben (played by Adam Scott) needs someone to fill in a certain position and Bobby is the perfect candidate for it.

The seventh season will also have Rob Lowe, Rashida Jones, Jon Hamm and Megan Mullally as guest stars. Lowe and Jones will play the role of former series regulars Chris Traeger and Ann Perkins, who both left Pawnee City on the 6th season. On the other hand Mullally will be playing the role of Tammy, Ron Swanson's (played by Nick Offerman) ex-wife.

The seventh and final season of Parks and Recreation will premiere on January 13, 2015 via CBS.
