Destiny Guides for 2015: Gun Damage, Ghost Hunter and Public Events

Destiny

Destiny

From being just a game, Destiny has become a title that already has a player community. The players consistently create websites, helpful guides and hints for fans to enjoy the game in different ways.

For players who will start on Destiny just this year, here are some of the best websites for the game.

Destiny Ghost Hunter is helpful for players who want to unlock several elusive collectible items. They might need to find dead ghosts to continue their journey. Destiny Ghost Hunter is a great reference to locate dead ghosts which the player has not found yet.

Another helpful website is Destiny Gun Damage, which allows the player to chart his chosen weapon and compare it with other weapons in terms of rounds per minute, mag size, damages per bullet and more.

Destiny Public Events collects fan insight and content while Destiny TeamFinder makes it easier for players to find companions that can help them out in the form of Fireteams. Lastly, DestinyTracker is a tracking and ranking website which has stats from Bungie and activity tabs for exploration.

Bungie continuously updates Destiny since its launch on Sept. 9 for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.

The update is the most recent patch that made big changes to Engrams. This most recent update involves the Destiny web app companion that adds the Grimoire Update for easier card viewing and in-game bonuses. Another major change can be found in the Help section which makes it easier for gamers to search for resolved issues or articles.

Previous maintenance also provided more stability for gamers who previously encountered connection problems. It's expected to last for several hours to finalize and Destiny will be unplayable completely for the entire downtime period.

The Destiny patch notes include addition of more data logging for matchmaking systems, improvement on logging of disconnections, improvement on connectivity failure handling to lessen beaver Kick to Orbit events (KTOs), roster system fixes, internal tool fixes and bug fixes.

Server fixes include security fixes, improvements on server performance, frequency reduction of KTOs, better logging and Centipede error fixes.

The PlayStation Blog also revealed Destiny PS players can soon enjoy The Undying Mind Strike and the exotic shotgun once the DLC becomes available.

While a Destiny sequel has not been officially announced yet, fans know that it will eventually happen. Game developer Bungie previously announced its intention to turn the game into a 10-year series and community manager DeeJ Dague confirmed that players could expect an improved and expanded sequel
