Chris Brown's probation was revoked by court just days before his Rihanna-related felony assault case is about to end, partly because he was present at two separate nightclub shootings and officials fear that more shooting will follow on his concerts. Officials also believed that the singer should serve jail time.

The "Run It" singer was with her girl friend Karrueche Tran  when he appeared at the Los Angeles County Superior court before Judge James Brandlin, who said that the singer fell 202 hours short of his 1,000 hour community service, which he should have served by the probation expires Jan. 23. It is believed that the court will issue another sanction to the embattled singer.

Judge Brown initially praised the singer for testing negative the drug test and for displaying positive attitude before he announced the revocation of his probation. Brown was ordered to come back to court March 20 for a violation hearing.

The probation report mentioned about two incidents when there was a shooting in his concerts, the most recent was last Sunday when he was performing in San Jose, which left five people injured. It was also reported that a previous shooting incident happened while he was performing at a West Hollywood nightclub in August. While the rapper was not involved criminally, the probation officer argued that chances are high that there would be more shooting incidents at public events where he would be performing.

Another problem with his probation was his failure to abide on the agreement that he would not leave Los Angeles County without written permission from the court.

Brown was placed under five years of probation after he guilty in 2009 for brutally beating his former love Rihanna while in a Lamborghini.

In 2013, another criminal case was slammed on Brown after he reportedly hit a man in the face over a fan photo brawl a few stones throw away from White House, ending him in anger management rehab. It was found that he is bipolar. The facility kicked him out after making comments about knives and guns on a group meeting.

Brown was eventually jailed in March after violating rehab terms. He was eventually released in June. He then pleaded guilty on the Washington mug, thus, freeing him from any extension on his probation time.
