President Barack Obama Stars in a Funny Video Aimed to Promote Health Care Law Enrollment

So what does the President of the United States do when no one's looking? In a video produced by BuzzFeed, President Obama can be seen checking himself out in the mirror, taking selfies with a selfie stick, drawing his leading lady, Michelle and of course, practicing his speech.

President Obama's humorous participation in the video is aimed to encourage people to enroll in health care before the enrollment period ends. He partnered with BuzzFeed and gamely poked fun at himself and gave people a hilarious sneak peek of the things he does "when no one's around."

The two-minute video, which was released on Thursday, features the President trying on a new pair of shades, posing in front of the mirror, as well as playing imaginary basketball.

He also makes fun of the fact that people seem to blame him for everything that goes wrong by telling himself, "Thanks, Obama," when he couldn't fit his cookie in the small glass of milk.

The highlight of the video however, is when the President rehearses and practices his speech about Obamacare in front of the mirror and struggles with the pronunciation of "February."

He finally figures out the correct way to say "February 15" and adds, "In many cases you can get health insurance for less than US$100 a month. Just go to healthcare.gov to figure out how to sign up."

As mentioned, people can still get health insurance offered under the Affordable Care Act until February 15.

Towards the end of the video, which features another man who seems to be experiencing similar moments as President Obama, the man walks into the President's office and interrupts Obama as he pretends to make a shot in an imaginary game of basketball.

When the man, who seems surprised says, "Mr. President," the President frowns and mockingly replies, "Can I live?"

Aside from the video, BuzzFeed, an Internet news media company, which provides coverage on a wide-range of topics, was also able to interview President Barack Obama for the first time.

The full interview has been published on Wednesday and is available on their website.
