Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend Nick Gordon was reportedly banned by the Brown family from seeing his girlfriend after getting into a fight with them. However, according to new reports, the 22-year old is taking legal action so he can visit Bobbi Kristina again.

Nick was first banned from Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, after news outlets reported that he and Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby, fought at Bobbi Kristina's hospital bedside.

But it wasn't only Bobby who's mad at Nick. Even Bobbi Kristina's aunt Leolah Brown has openly blamed Nick for putting Bobbi Kristina in her current, fragile condition and expects him to be charged for a crime after the investigation is over.

Nick, on the other hand, wants to stand up for himself and has gone to court to challenge the family, as revealed by one of Bobbi Kristina's cousins. In an interview with WXIA-TV's 11Alive, Jerod Brown said, "He's taken legal action in that matter to get visits to see Krissi."

Jerod confirmed the tension between Nick and their family and admitted that he has been acting as the middleman between Nick and the rest of the family, especially Bobbi Kristina's father, singer Bobby Brown. 

"I'm not in the business of pointing fingers," Jerod said. "You know, America is about guilty until proven innocent. Well right now, everybody's innocent until proven guilty to me. The only thing I care about is the well-being of my cousin," he added."

Jerod is the son of Bobby Brown's late sister Bethy, and reveals that Nick is "pretty torn up" over Bobbi Kristina's fight for her life.

He shared, "We sit there and we talk about several things: how he's dealing with the situation, what he would like my family to know and what he would love Krissi to know, and that is that he loves Krissi."

He continued, "He's just waiting for her to wake up."
