Chelsea Handler is definitely the queen of bare breasts as she exposed her all once again at Mardi Gras. The Chelsea Lately star once again took to Instagram to show off her sizable assets in New Orleans. The TV celebrity was seemed to have a great time with her BFF Sandra Bullock.

Handler, 39, was pictured dancing hot and wild Monday, Feb. 16, while wearing only a gold mask and colorful strands of Mardi Gras beads. She then shared photos of her with her breasts exposed through Twitter with the caption, "Merry Christmas."

This was not the first time that Handler posted herself with her cups exposed! She's actually a veteran in the boob-baring pics, and they range from her riding a horse to chilling while being photographed naked in a snowy mountain.

With Chandler at the Mardi Gras is Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock who was seen wearing a gold mask with purple feathers and artistically colorful beaded necklaces. With her and Handler were comedienne Whitney Cummings, Matthew McConaughey's wife Camila Alves, actor Anthony Mackie, and friend and The Heat co-star Michael McDonald.

Cummings also took to Instagram to share their Mardi Gras celebrations, including a picture of her and a topless Handler.

New Orleans has a special place in Bullock's heart as this was where her son Louis was born in 2010. Bullock owns a home there since 2009 and last year, she delivered a commencement speech at the Warren Easton Charter High School. She also donated cash to the school after it was heavily hit by Hurricane Katrina.
