Bobbi Kristina Brown's Gordon boyfriend has revealed today that police suspected that there were drugs inside Bobbi Kristina's home on the day that she drowned.

The revelation was made in the legal papers filed, but eventually dropped, by Gordon to restrain police from seizing the security camera footage from Bobbi's home.

The celebrity daughter was found unconscious and face down in her tub. She is still in coma and in life support until now.

Brown and Gordon have been in a tempestuous, on and off relationship for many years now. The two even claimed that they were married.

Gordon sought for a court ruling from the Fulton County Superior Court to prevent the company which operates the camera system -  Nest - from turning over the footage to authorities following a search warrant.

In a statement issued by Gordon's lawyers, Joe Habachy and Randall Kessler, the attempt to secure a restraining order was aimed to "protect his client's interests," nevertheless, Gordon "elected to dismiss the claim in an effort to help Roswell PD speed up their investigation."

The court papers give light on the investigations conducted by Roswell, Ga., Police Department, confirming that Bobbi's property was suspected to have had drugs.

Police, nevertheless, has limited information about what really happened to Bobbi before she was rushed to the hospital.

Gordon's attempt to protect may be viewed as a means of concealing what really happened, already fueling the already heated situation between him, Bobbi's father, singer Bobby Brown, and Whitney's family.

Gordon has been banned from seeing Bobbi in the hospital until he clarifies what really happened before Bobbi's drowning.
